Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is hand-harvested early in the season and cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavor and nutrients. With an acidity below 0.3%, it meets the highest standards for premium olive oil—well below the 0.8% limit set by the International Olive Council. This low acidity reflects the quality of the olives and the care taken during production.

Our groves are cultivated through regenerative farming, without harmful sprays or heavy machinery. We seed cover crops and gently manage grasses to support soil life and biodiversity, enriching the ecosystem that nourishes our trees.
